This pasta machine works with a variety of filling consistencies including meat, cheese, vegetables, and seafood! This item features an automatic pasta cutter with interchangeable cutter molds as well as interchangeable 3 qt. filling cups. The pasta machine also features outboard bearings for extended machine life and 4 casters for easy positioning.
This pasta machine features over 50 possible ravioli shapes (molds sold separately) to make 55 lb. batches of pasta. It includes an 8' power cord and is designed for use with select Arcobaleno accessories (sold separately). It's the perfect way to maximize limited space in your kitchen and prepare delicious food for your guests! This unit requires a 3 phase, 220V electrical connection for operation.
