Constructed with a 304 stainless steel cooking chamber and a stainless steel exterior, this unit is built for durability and easy maintenance. A left-hinged double-glass door with LED lighting provides clear visibility inside the chamber, while the AIR.Maxi™ airflow system ensures even heat distribution for consistent results. Food can be held safely and reliably within a temperature range of 131°F to 185°F, giving operators greater flexibility compared to the EPR variant.
The 7″ touchscreen control panel features MULTI.Time (up to 10 independent timers) and supports up to 256 customizable programs, offering enhanced storage and workflow efficiency. Designed as a stackable countertop unit, the XAEC-10HS-EPD helps operators maximize kitchen space while ensuring food safety, consistency, and quality.
