A left-hinged double-glass door and interior LED lighting provide visibility and control, while the AIR.Maxi™ airflow system ensures uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber. Operators can safely hold food within a controlled temperature range of 136°F to 167°F, maintaining both flavor and texture. The oven’s 7″ touchscreen control panel includes MULTI.Time (up to 10 independent timers) and supports up to 200 customizable programs, giving operators full flexibility and efficiency in high-volume workflows.
