With space for (10) half-size GN pans (460 × 330 mm), it is an ideal solution for restaurants, catering services, and quick-service kitchens seeking efficiency, consistency, and reduced food waste.

Built with a 304 stainless steel cooking chamber and stainless steel exterior, the unit is engineered for durability and easy cleaning. A left-hinged double-glass door and interior LED lighting provide visibility and control, while the AIR.Maxi™ airflow system ensures uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber. Operators can safely hold food within a controlled temperature range of 136°F to 167°F, maintaining both flavor and texture.

The oven’s 7″ touchscreen control panel includes MULTI.Time (up to 10 independent timers) and supports up to 200 customizable programs, giving operators full flexibility and efficiency in high-volume workflows.
